A new project takes shape

Sometimes, ideas come in a blinding flash, characters come knocking, whole stories fill your brain - the urge to write such stories can be hard to resist. So it was for me with a surprising new project. I’ve just finished writing the first book in a series of chapter books for young readers. Now to find a home for the series. Fingers crossed! Stay tuned. All I’ll say for now is that the series was inspired by my neighbours during my writing retreat in Denmark, WA. Here’s a photo of them.
